Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

Warranty Policy

All 7Emirates sunglasses are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, scratches, loss, or improper use.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be changed.
